KULTAKIEKKO 2025 - U13 (2013)

Welcome to the U13 Ice Hockey Tournament (Born 2013)!

The tournament will take place in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, Finland. Since its inception in 1978, the tournament has hosted many legendary Finnish hockey stars, including Teemu Selänne and Esa Tikkanen. Additionally, EVU’s own homegrown talents, such as Ville Peltonen, Jarkko Ruutu, Tuomo Ruutu, Petri Aalto, Valtteri Filppula, and Antti Pihlström, have all played in the prestigious Kultakiekko (Golden Puck) Tournament.

Tournament Format and General Information:

• Tournament levels AAA (Blue) and AA (White) – 8 teams per tournament
• Tournament format: Two-group preliminary round, intermediate round, and placement matches
• Each team plays 5 matches
• The tournament will begin on Saturday at 8:00 AM according to the game schedule. Based on the preliminary timetable, the final games are expected to finish on Sunday at around 3:00 PM.
• Tournament fee: 850 €/team. If a team participates with two groups (AAA and AA), the fee is 1600 €.
• Games are played in two rinks (Myyrmäki 1 and 2)
• Game time: 2 x 15 min (total max. 45 min)
• The tournament winner receives a trophy, and gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded to the top three teams.

Near the ice rinks, there is a sports park, a hotel (Noli Studios), and within a short walking distance, a shopping center and a train station.
