Welcome to the KING15 CUP 2027 Tournament!

Welcome to the KING15 CUP 2027 Tournament, taking place from 23–25 April 2027!

The tournament returns for a second year as an even bigger event. A new feature for 2027 is the introduction of an AA division alongside the AAA division. The tournament will be played at Pirkkola Ice Hall in Helsinki, which offers outstanding facilities both inside the arena and throughout the surrounding area.

Number of Teams and Tournament Format

The tournament will host approximately 20 teams/groups (to be confirmed), accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Three places are reserved for HIFK teams.

The preliminary plan is:

• 12 AAA-level teams
• 8 AA-level teams

All games will be played on a full-size rink in a 5-on-5 format. Game length and other tournament details will be confirmed at a later date.

The goal is to play the preliminary round games on Friday and Saturday (23–24 April), with placement and medal games on Sunday (25 April).

Friday’s schedule is expected to focus mainly on teams from the Helsinki metropolitan area, allowing teams travelling from further away to participate only on Saturday and Sunday if preferred.

Tournament Fee

The participation fee is:

• €900 per team/group
• €850 per team/group if two teams participate from the same club

A €200 reservation fee is required upon registration, with the remaining balance invoiced closer to the tournament.

Please note:

• The reservation fee is non-refundable if a team withdraws from the tournament.
• If the tournament is cancelled by the organizer, all fees will be refunded in full.
