Kiekko-Espoo Epiphany Cup U13

Venue and Time

The tournament will be held on January 5–6, 2026, at the Espoonlahti ice rinks (Forum and Practice Rink), Espoonlahdentie 2–4, 02320 Espoo. Games will begin on Monday, January 5th, starting around 14:00 with teams from nearby areas (depending on the number of participants in each series).

Number of Teams and Game Format

The tournament will feature three divisions: AAA, AA, and A. A total of 16 teams can participate, with 4–8 teams in each division (the number of teams per division will be determined based on registrations).

Each team will play a total of 4–5 games.

Game duration is 2 x 15 minutes of effective playing time. The maximum duration of a single game is 45 minutes. In case of a tie in placement matches, the winner will be decided by a shootout.

Tournament Fee

The participation fee is €850 per team. A reservation fee of €200 per team will be invoiced upon registration, and the remaining amount will be invoiced closer to the tournament date. The reservation fee is non-refundable if the team cancels its participation. If the tournament is canceled by the organizer, all fees will be refunded.

Prizes

The top three teams in each division will be awarded medals, and the winning team will receive a trophy.

Meals

Lunch and dinner will be available at the ice rink for players and staff at a cost of €11.50 per person.

Meals must be ordered in advance, and the preliminary number of diners as well as any special dietary requirements must be reported to the tournament contact person by December 19, 2025. Meals will be invoiced after the tournament.
